Wage Watch Compliance Group (“Wage Watch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides labor compliance consulting for construction contractors, developers, and public agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through this website and when you contact us, and the rights you have over that information.
1. Scope
This policy covers information collected through wagewatchcompliance.com, our web forms, and emails or calls you make to us as a prospective client or visitor. Information we receive while providing services to clients, such as certified payroll records, timecards, and worker information, is handled under our written engagement agreements and the confidentiality section below.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Identifiers and contact details: name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Project and business information: project type, funding source, your role on the project, how payroll is handled, and anything you write in a message or attach to an email.
- Communications: the content of emails, calls, and messages you send us, and our replies.
Information collected automatically.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected in standard server logs by our hosting provider and by services that deliver fonts and images to the page.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send through our website, Social Security numbers, bank or payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, project check submissions, and consultation requests.
- To evaluate your project and prepare a proposal or scope of work.
- To provide, manage, and bill for services you engage us for.
- To send occasional updates about our services or compliance topics, if you ask for them. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our legal rights.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf and are limited to using it for that purpose, including website hosting, form delivery (FormSubmit), business email and file storage, and font and image delivery (Google Fonts, Unsplash).
- Government agencies and awarding bodies, when you are a client and the filing or correspondence is part of the services you engaged us for.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, ourselves, or others.
- Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.
5. Client data and confidentiality
When clients share payroll records, timecards, apprenticeship records, or worker information with us, we use it only to perform the services described in our engagement, store it in access-controlled business systems, and limit access to the people working on that client's projects. If we use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to process client records, we use only business-grade services that do not use customer data to train public models, and a person reviews any output before it is filed or certified.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Your browser may store small files needed for the site to work properly. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we treat browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request we already honor.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and any period required by law, contract, or the record-retention rules of the public works program involved. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this website and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, and request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive information for purposes that require this right.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@wagewatchcompliance.com or call (562) 418-4269. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. Residents of other states with similar privacy laws may make the same requests and we will honor them as required by applicable law.

11. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
