Our Story
We started Wage Watch Compliance because we kept watching good construction companies get hurt by rules they didn't know existed. A misfiled apprenticeship form. A worker classification that seemed obvious but wasn't. A subcontractor's certified payroll nobody was checking. None of it malicious, all of it expensive.
Today we serve general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and public agencies on construction projects funded by every level of government, managing prevailing wage, certified payroll, apprenticeship, Section 3, and IRA requirements from bid day to retention release.
